    after multiple times of filing my nails with the electric machine she repeatedly cut me after i
    mentioned she had cut, i pull away my nail and said it hurt although she kept on doing it.
    the customer service was disgusting and they very unhygienic and kept charging extra for the nails.
    i am appalled with them.

    SNS today done by 3 staff, my nails are different in shade and shape because of different people doing them. Very disappointed
